Adding a timer to Faucet

Hi everyone  

Since the major Stake update, the timer of 3 minutes on the faucet has been removed. Why is this the case? It makes it super frustrating when you click claim, and it says "try again in a few seconds", becuase you have to fill in a new captcha, which is frustrating. I'm sure others will agree with me. I don't see what "harm" or what could go wrong if we add the timer back to the faucet.

If there are good reasons for removing the timer, I would love to hear them, otherwise, could the devs at Stake consider adding it back? It is something small that can save a lot of users a lot of frustration
