''Just bad luck not getting rain for 7 days'' really?

i was 7 days being active and not getting any rains, even when was rain for 25 people and i having wager enough i wasnt getting in,  exactly 7 days after i started to get in again.

and its happening really often with me and a lot of people, and all support says is:  is just bad luck and rain bans doesnt exist!

really? just a coincidence a lot of people gettint 7 days excluded from rains is just a bad luck?

if its really just a bad luck, rain system needs a review because its broken.

it usually was happening when we got the 7 days code drop bans, but now, even without the code drop ban i'm being excluded from rains for exactly 7 days with no warnings....

Come on @Edward, we need more transparency from stake on all those things that is happening, 30 days getting vip rewards reduced, 7 days drops ban, 7 days getting excluded from rains, EVEN WHEN WE DOWN MONEY ON THE MONTH!!

Thats not funny and making me want to move out!!!!!!

No no theres nothing like rain ban, just make sure you havent excluded yourself from the rain. Go to settings, click on preference and the there check it.also, make sure you have wagered 3.5k usd in a week and have 2nd level verification, if everything has heen done and you havent excluded urself from rain then its just bad luck because officaally there isnt anything like Rain Ban, people just use it as a joke.

i have the wager, also i dont have the option to be excluded enabled, and i'm on chat pretty much 15hrs / day,  its not just bad luck

Here its insane catch this rain. I try wagering at much as possible. Be active always. And no chance get … And jokes, i try to comment always in chat, but sometimes just send like some umbrella or something, and what you think. Get ban at 5daysn😀😀… So strange, when you always deposit, wagering, do everything. And get back BAN IN CHAT, and impossible raining catcher.

yeah, obviously that is a type of ban on rains or something, not normal has everything set up to get it and no get it for 7 days straight

i had the same problem, and you can get ban from rain if you spam the chat alot (trying to farm rain). the reason rain is here is so chats are more active and stake can get a larger community, rain should not be exploted of you can get a ban from it. mods can´t ban you from rain, it works by a AI and if you spam alot you can get muted in x time. it also looks at how many times you have been muted i think, and also repeated words can prevent you from getting rain (rain farming)

just talk normal in chat and you will get rain. more chats gives higher chance for rain, but at somepoint the rain-bot will notice you farming and ban you for a small amout of time, have never seen 7 days ban

The number of people is the total. There are not so many people in your own area. Try to @ in the chat room to see how many people are in it. When a person does not speak for 30 minutes, his name will not appear in the chat room. Active chat means this. Keep your name visible to @. You will gain something if you try.
