Why stake gave me 2.5$ for birthday as plat1 vip

What is the non sense thing like i am playing stake from 2023 but stake was like fuck you 

why they only send 2.5$ birthday bonus after 3 days no mail recieved support gave 2.5$ what is this 

even base amount was like 10$ but no marketing team want to eat everythingo

(i ill repost this until it get solved - mods will delete or ban me i ill create new account if that nonsense thing occur )

I got 25$ too for plat1 about a month ago. Strangely when contacted support they gave me 2.5$ first too, then took it back immediately and after 2 or 3 days after another contact finally gave me correct amount.

Bro , its just 3-4 month stake took me into so much loss so i cant play more but before that my wager was like 15k per month  so birthday bonus is like basis on full year play and account is like 2k loss

sad to hear, when i get my birthday present it was 15 dull as plat1, so maybe you have not verified with driver license or something? you could maybe also have gotten a mail where your bonuses was reduce because of good winning streak

I have verified everything level 2 verified . But still 2.5$ is not enought as plat 1

Last time I got my bonus per email. Not sure if it's a new thing that they instantly vault it

Also I'm pretty sure I got 50$ at plat 1 but also like pretty much a year ago by now
