Dear Stake Support,

I recently placed a bet on the RR vs MI match on 01-05-2025 with a stake of ₹900. As per the promotion details, I believe I am eligible for a bonus, but I have not received it yet.

Hi FilipTa

I have already contacted the [email protected] and  [email protected]  regarding same query. I am attaching proofs you can check.

And even messaged in live support in the they are saying that i am not eligible for the promotion you have received mail regarding the same but i don't received any mail regarding that i am not eligible for the promotions.

This is purely unfair to me please look into this issue and revert back.

I have doing since morning its bot auto messages,

In live support i am not able to chat with agent its bots auto messages.

I wound request you to guide me to the support agent.

I have asked many times regarding same but there is no proper response.

I haven't got any email regarding promotions ineligible, but in live support the bots are auto typing the same same message as belo attached.

I would request please solve this issue

Its not sent by your representatives its a auto message in th stake live support section,

And in the message they are sending they clearly mentioning that they have already sent the email to me regarding ineligible for the promotions but i didn't received ny email accordingly.

However, I have not received any such email. This suggests a potential error in your system's communication records or the actual delivery of notifications.
Therefore, I demand a thorough investigation into this matter. I require definitive proof that an email regarding my promotional ineligibility was indeed sent to my registered email address. If no such email can be verified, I expect a clear explanation for this discrepancy and a fair reassessment of my promotional eligibility.
The automated and inaccurate information provided in live support is unacceptable. I expect a prompt and substantiated response to this serious inconsistency.
