Clarification Needed on Welcome Bonus – Deposit Made, No Bonus Yet

I recently deposited ₹10,000, which is equivalent to more than $100, expecting to receive the welcome bonus as mentioned in the promotion (200% deposit bonus for new users). I made sure not to use the funds before any bonus was credited, as per the guidelines.

However, I haven’t seen the bonus reflected in my account yet. Just wanted to check if there’s a delay in processing or if I may have missed a step on my end.
