brentleblanc Posted May 4 #1 Posted May 4 I have been waiting for my deposit which was succesful on the blockchain at 9:31am it's 4:13pm cs refuses to give me any info on WHY it's delayed, the blockchain shows that the correct receiving wallet got my funds transfer... if the wallet you guys use or whatever the case may be is malfunctioning why is it taking so many hours to fix this? You guys are a company that passes through billions of revenue constantly and can't fix this. A few things i would like to add. 1. They're people who have been waiting longer than me. Why wasn't I informed or better yet ripple just temp blocked from sending purchases when they had an issue to begin with? No they allowed people to keep sending for hours knowing they had an issue. 2. Why can't support manually verify my transaction through the blockchain snf just deposit my damn coins? They have proof my payment was sent to the destination that they provided? 3. Why isn't compensation given to people who are being stiffed out of their funds for so many hours? Cs denies any time frame. Refuses to givd any insight into problem and deflects any questions about WHERE MY MONEY IS it's in your wallet stake.... I feel like they should compensate us a few sc or something... would be diff if they're was a warning when sending of a delay and people still chose to do it but they didn't they h a d a issue and just let people keep sending.... I use xrp for speed period... just a terrible way to conduct business.
