Sports bet issue : Stake continues to lie and refuses to fix the bet.

Hey guys!

I am a diamond 3 on stake with net losses of almost 3 million in 5 years (stupid, I know).

I did this multi today- sport:362994869

At the time I placed my bet, the basketball game that there was an issue with wasn’t starting for another 5 hours or so. 

Odds that were offered by stake at the time of my bet were 1.39- about a few minutes later, the odds were fixed and adjusted on stake to 1.11- HUGE difference.

i have informed stake that this was a clear odds error (even though it was in my favor , or so I thought) I still reported it immediately even before the match started.

i have checked over 150 other sportsbooks and NONE of them EVER had 1.39 or anywhere close to that- every book was offering odds at 1.08-1.10.

According to stakes terms and conditions and sports rules : 

“In the case of any obviously incorrectly displayed or calculated prices, we reserve the right to void betting. This includes a deviation of more than 100% in the pay-out compared to the market average.”

This was very clearly an error in odds which was quickly adjusted by stakes odds provider but my selection was never voided.

Here are the comparable odds on over 200 sports books. In the second photo, you can see the highest, lowest and average odds (none of which are even close to the 1.39 offered by stake at the time of my bet)

I am 100% certain that the odds on stake adjusted to 1.10 before the match because I saw it with my own eyes.

Stake refuses to even investigate the match and told my host “"The odds were in line with industry and will not be voided."

it’s clearly a lie because as you can see above, every other book in the industry had the odds between 1.08-1.10 (AS DID STAKE BEFORE THE GAME STARTED)

I am hoping someone from sports with some knowledge will see this and get it fixed or at the very least investigate it.

In my opinion, that selection should be voided and the rest of the multi should be paid.
