Did i just got scammed? You wont believe what happened

I bought Dragon hopper big bonus of 35$ cost 4 times and the 4th time its stuck on spin 3 refusing to move on no matter what and look what setup i had!!!!! It looks like it could pay huge! support  checking it now but i read now in push gaming rules and says "malfunction voids all pays and plays" HAHA!!!!! So i guess i got scammed because i hit x100 coin and it was about to connect for sure if not connect with all multipliers due to all previous 3 bonus buys paid x5 the bet size!!! So i was expecting a big win! But this happens!

Bonus game is stuck, it wont end so i dont know if i will get paid. They will probably void my bet however that would be the worst scenario for me considering the setup i had there on 4th buy after 3 fail buys..

Dude tons of times, anyway i have cracked the code now, i made the bonus run on turbo and without sound and it continued! It paid shit 22$ so whatever ^^ F** push gaming

To be honest if you are planning to play push gaming then prepare for a lot of grind until pay however this is their style and i wouldnt consider them worst provider as there are tons of other providers that are ridicilous... Push gaming made me happy lot of times with big bamboo and mystery museum i cant really complain... Its my problem that i know they are very needy and i keep playing them when my balance cant cover the grind...
