Stake shows that I lost a sports bet even though I won it

I won a sports bet and stake declared it a loss for me even though I won the bet, please rectify this asap.Sports bet id is sport:366190590

The final result of this game in regular time was 3:3.  As it is clearly stated in the sportsbook rules, all markets (except halftime, first half markets, overtime and penalty shoot- out) are considered for regular time only unless otherwise stated, therefore this is not a winning bet.
