Sports Bet Issue

I have win the bet but it is showing as a loss don't know what is the issue the sport bet I'd of the bet is sport:367006904 

Unable to do anything on live share option so I came here to ask help Don't know but in live support they don't have anything concerning the issue I have email support also stopped.

Help me with this bet 

Please if anyone knows what has happened.

I want help with whether my bet is valid or not as I have still not received the win amount

Also I want to know a way to contact the support team directly as live support is not helping me much with this problems

You have placed a bet on the market that doesn't include Extra Time and Penalty shootout which is why the bet was settled per the outcome after the regular period of the match.

As stated in the sportsbook rules, all soccer markets are for the regular period of the match unless stated otherwise in the market name. You can read more about sportsbook rules on this link:
