Bet voided - no explanation

After 24hours of no communication from Boris in the live support chat towards my bet above, it has automatically voided 24hours later.

 

For 24 hours my bet was held and no one could tell me anything

I took the bet and the risk.

The game finished like a normal tennis match would, no retirements or injuries or any delays, 

Somehow it was still paused for 24 hours.

Again Boris from support who I was stuck with, just ignored any of my messages.

 

Why is the bet void?

Why is my account now restricted on sport betting? I can't even place a $5 bet now?

This is fraud and needs an explanation.

I am writing here, as there's no other avenue, support won't reply to me.

48hours later still no communication from stake support.

My message case is still open, and no reply.

How can I even contact for help about any issues in the future if I can only have one support chat open, and that's getting ignored and won't close.

The bet was placed on an open market with stale odds whose outcome was already determined before your bet was placed.

According to our rules, we reserve the right to void any bet if markets were offered when the outcome was already known.
