Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out.

You will need to go to Account - Account settings - then drop down the Settings Area bar at the top, and select the Signature option.

When i do that there is only an option to see signatures or not, but no buttons or anything to make it or upload it?

I am writing to inform you that I am currently unable to access the casino games on your platform. Each time I attempt to play, I receive the following error message:

 

“Sorry, you cannot currently do this. Please contact customer support for further assistance.”

 

I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue as soon as possible so I can continue using the platform smoothly.

Do anyone know ? 

I've tried different browsers but apparently that box where i can upload or write in the signature is not appearing for me.
Is there some browser setting, antivirus, or something else that is blocking it from showing? 

Any help is appriciated!
