Suggestion for the Devs. 

You could make the life for Chat Moderators so much easier, if you would give them the function / option to pin important messages ontop of the chat. 

Right now every second message is asking: "where is my deposit" because of the delay some coins have right now and I could name so many more situations where it could have been a big help.

Simple little feature, massive help.
