Deposit not received inr

I have made a deposit of 1350 inr on 8 may 2025 but i have not received it yet same goes for my withdrawal today of 7.4k which is shown successfull but i have not received it yet why is this happening well if it is just solve the issue fast maybe someone is in need of money please help me i have also attached the proofs below thankyou hope stake reply and help me.
