shrekuu Posted May 9 #1 Posted May 9 Hi I had initiated a USDT (BNB BEC Network) withdrawal from my account and deposited into my family members account. But no amount has been deposited and I have lost all money in the withdrawal. I contacted the chat support with all the details regarding this but there is no reply. Usually chat support replies in a few hours but it has been more than a day now. I can only hope that due to yesterdays network maintenance the funds could be stuck somewhere and I will receive them soon. Many people are facing issues like these, as seen in the forum. Please look into this matter and provide updates and resolutions.
