USDT withdrawl and deposit not reflecting, No reply from chat support.

Hi

I had initiated a USDT (BNB BEC Network) withdrawal from my account and deposited into my family members account. But no amount has been deposited and I have lost all money in the withdrawal. I contacted the chat support with all the details regarding this but there is no reply. Usually chat support replies in a few hours but it has been more than a day now. I can only hope that due to yesterdays network maintenance the funds could be stuck somewhere and I will receive them soon.

Many people are facing issues like these, as seen in the forum.

Please look into this matter and provide updates and resolutions.

Not sure this helps, but I found the USDT on the Etherium network to go through very quickly ... in case that's helpful for future withdraws.  Of course that's a different address.  Best of luck with the transfer.
