UCL 1st half payout

I bet on inter Milan for the ucl semi finals and they scored 2 goals in the 1st half..
My bet was more than 5 dollars(pre-match) and i was supposed to receive the promotion link but didn't. I waited for 48 hours like stake says you should but no link. I then contacted live support but I have had no response for more than 48 hours. This is disappointing I won the promo I should get the link/payout....
Note: I met all conditions for 1st half payout promo.

U didn't receive link because ur team won, if your team inter milan loose then u get link
