Crypto Deposit not credited

Hi, I recently deposited cryptocurrency, but it hasn't been credited to my Stake wallet yet. I submitted an appeal about 24 hours ago and have already contacted support, but I haven’t received any response. Please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
