Complaint: Better System for reporting bugs needed

Hi Everyone.

As we all know, Stake provides an email: [email protected] for reporting bugs. The reason that I reported my bugs on the forum, is becuase I never receive any reply from that email address. Hence, I addressed the bugs that I found here: 

This brings me to this post. After making efforts to contact both Micro and Eddie, both have not yielded any success. I have also emailed the email address above, with no reply. I spoke with Eddie on Discord, but after it was shit down, he never bothered to contact me again. Is this really how Stake treats it's users??

No replies, empty promises (and yes, I have screenshots of the conversation with Eddie and I, where he said he would compensate me for the 2 bugs that I found). When I created that forum post that I included above, it was locked, without checking that the issue was resolved. Seriously, there communication from the management at Stake has been absolutely shocking regarding this.

I hope this topic doesn't get locked again, and I hope that either Eddie or Micro can resolve this. I assume this is the correct place to post about this issue, since Micro did not respond to my email, and Eddie never got back to me via discord, and I never got a reply from emailing [email protected].

I did, and all they could do for me was give me Micro's email address, to which I emailed him, and he never replied.

@Edward also I couldn't tag Micro since the name didnt pop up. But tagging @Dan since he responds and takes the problem of the users to the higher authorities. Also tagged @Steve cause he rejoined and he can help.
