Not Eligible to Stake Ultimate Collection $100K Promotion

Support told me that Im not eligible to  Stake Ultimate Collection $100K Promotion https://stake.krd/id/promotions/promotion/stakes-ultimate-collection  because they said Im an affiliate benefit user. Hard to belive since I've been following Stake promotion like SVE, Lvlup , Reel rumble without any issue. Support told me that I'm eligible to other Stake promotion but not the 100k collection.

I already contact Stake affiliate manager and they said that my account is not affiliate benefit user.
