Issue with mail or not eligible for some bonus

I deposit 1k$ on average a month using crypto and losing all some time i cashed but not in profit  and iam not able to recieve crypto reward but some user who deposit 50$ to 100$ received mail WtH what's going on here totally disappointed

I talked to the support but I am not able to talk to the agents on live chat, i just get auto replies from live support and mail service also not responding please help me out .
