Level up Platinum 2 Bonus mistake?

Hello I need help I got level up Platinum 2 and I Received notification that I will receive 400$ cause I'm platinum 1 leveling up Platinum 2 . My concern is they only give 80$ I don't know what happened Please help me.

Maybe you are multi account user? So I wouldn't wonder if they cap bonuses if so.

Have you violated any rules ? That’s may be the reason they did dirty on you. 
or may be you just farm and don’t depo, could be lot of reasons. 
if nothing as such is done then you should be getting full amount. I don’t think any customer support or mod would help u if u did something like that
