I had a failed deposit,  but the amount was debited out my bank account. At first i didn't think much of it , like they will transfer it back. I waited for like 3 days then they said wait for like 7 more days ok I did that too, and i contacted again , and then they ask me fill up this and that I did all that procedure, so now it's been more than 17 days, all I get is the same response , just be patience , how many more patience do they need, not even proper response , all live support say is it doesn't depend on us its the other party, like it's been more than 17 days about to be whole one damn month..

Filled more than 20 form , all they say is we will be going through that, when will be that 🤧🤧

Clearly state the problem you are having, the dates of the transactions, and, if you haven't already contacted your service provider (ie, the bank from which you deposited from), please do so before contacting Stake Customer support. Provide as much evidence as you can so that our team can quickly identify the issue and resolve it.

Thank you  sorry for posting in the wrong section of forum as I have mentioned I have already submitted all the required documents everything and alll, with proof of transactions every thing , it's just that I have been waiting for like 20 days now , it's really making me frustrated

This financial institute ain't responding to my messages and can't seem to find any possible contact with the provider, and also i have filled all the transaction dates , proof for deposit , deposite paid everything still no response,  I know there are lots of people in queue but my problem has been ignored for already 21 days , how can it not be frustating at all, hope you can understand it , God knows

Yes thank you , will be waiting for it , already been hanging on for about a month and let's see how many more months will it take , thanks for the reply
