Facuet's have gone to low

I remember when it was 50  satoshi per, then they moved it down to 20, now 10, they've made facuets 5x lower.

 

At this point there shouldn't even be a facuet

When I started it was 100 satoshis, then 50, then back to 100 for a day or two, then 20 then 10. Yeah, it seems like the faucet is just pointless now

While I sympathize, there are a lot of other ways to get coins on Stake now.  While I'm not always a fan of them, they are available.  For example, making a few posts here is easier and far more lucrative than doing captchas for even 100 satoshi.  At least posting here is also potentially contributing to the Stake community while doing endless captchas just makes Google richer.

I am actually quite surprised that Primedice does not have this problem. Perhaps Stake can use the same mechanism for the faucet as they do on PrimeDice, since it is been 50 satoshis consistently for a long time, and they don't seem to be having the same level of abuse as Stake does.

i just wish the abusers would stop, i miss having a lot of higher facuets
