Imaginary zeros below 1 sats

Hi I would just like to suggest to put imaginary zeros before 1 Satoshi so that the multiplier can be applied and not be rounded down.

For example If I have basebet 50, then would increase it on loss by 1%. It would stay forever 50 because the first bet increase would be 50.5, because the system always rounds it down it will be 50... Just suggesting this and I think I'm not the only one who noticed this. 

Hope admins can note my suggestion or at least a feedback.
