Who even profits on blackjack?

I have lost so many times on bj. All the time i feel i am gonna win. I end up losing a lot. Does it only happen with me?

Ye 10 is always same for me. I only got one strat. Double on 9 or 11. I win most of them like 90%. The rest numbers are ones i lose on. 

For example if i get 9 or 11, i double and got 90% chance i win. 

Any other number i feel like i always lose
