Depositited Funds stuck in acc and no reply from stake live support

I created my stake acc yesterday completed my lvl 1 verification and uploaded my levl 2 which was been reviewed after that i deposited some inr and a bit a usdt . inr came instantly but usdt took 2 hours to come in my acc but now i am unable to play casino / sports betting its asking me to contact support , my acc is in withdraw only mode but i haven't even touched my usdt so its not even wagered and i am not allowed to play anything . in short my funds are stuck in this acc and stake has been reviewing my level 2 verification for past 20 hours . what do i do

i am also unable to raise a ticket in the live support since i had already created one regarding cryptto deposit which came in after 2 hours , i haven't got a reply there so i cannot create a new one

got it sortedt the issue was - Your verification has been rejected as your document comes from a restricted jurisdiction.

 

they cleared my crypto and i got to withdraw it
