I have the same problem happening today, gambling on Stake for 4 years, promoting Stake for 2 years with my own money and time (without affiliate benefits, I don't receive any wager or reload or whatever) .

I've been able to achieve promotions the entire time, and now support is not able to tell me why i'm not eligible, I have to check the forum to find this topic. 

I think there is a mistake on your side about what is considered as affiliate benefits. I mean I'm juste a normal gambler, not a streamer, influencer or whatever.
