Like I need to get in touch with live support regarding failed deposit and I can't seem to find any possible option to get in touch with them, Like there is an another section for it , but all we need to do is fill up the forms and details and all. And after that what next , how should we proceed there is no other  option through which these live support is responding to us. If we use different channel they straight up saying will be given support chat mute for 24 hrs , like hell, what other option are there to get I touch with proper live support, I have already filled the escalation form more than once , even filling more than once is problem . So yeah i just filled once and now iam still waiting  for about a month , literally it sucks, can't get in touch contact with proper live support , just file the details and wait for them until it's solved like literally they didn't even once contacted during these whole months on my failed deposit and now they are not even giving proper response, I am really disappointed with this model of live support , please do make changes into it
