A guy named jhon is a middleman a skimms 5 percent on top and he puts the 2 partys together to deal in real life or on the net .. sounds sketchy to me but its kinda working .. There's always going to be ways around regulation. Regulation like this will usually just lead to more incidents in regards to scams etc. since it doesn't allow for big business to flourish.
