Bots and claim codes

This has got me ticked off to the max with stake. Honestly i feel like they owe me money since ive beem hitting around 20k weekly and its impossible to beat the bots, something a few weeks ago i didnt have problems with, also kills me im platinum 3 and have never got a email bonus while every person i referred i know, around 100 people, have got one.. no more deposits from me till this is fixed and i am compensated.
