Issue with Rumble Challenge Eligibility and Affiliate Status

You know me, I’ve been participating in all the Stake promotions since I created my account, and I've never had any issues—until recently.

Last week, I encountered a problem with the Rumble Challenge results (last week) related to this bet ID: casino:354265179669, which should have placed me in first position. I contacted support, my host, and your team about this. After checking, I was told I might be receiving affiliate bonuses. However, I want to clarify that I’ve always played with my own money and have never received any affiliate benefits. I am not benefiting in any way from an affiliate program.
Many other users have affiliates and are not affected by this type of issue, which makes the situation even more confusing.

To make things more unclear, today I checked the current Rumble Challenge leaderboard and saw that I am now ranked.

I was eligible for the first 9 Rumble Challenges.
I was not eligible for the 10th Challenge.
Now for the 11th Challenge, I seem to be eligible again.

Also, I participated in the Stake vs Eddie promotion but never received the coupon. Please, I need your help to understand what’s going on. I really enjoy the platform and the community, but I just want fair and clear treatment.

PS: So what should I do this week? Am I allowed to participate in Stake vs Eddie, Rumble, Level Up, Conquer the Casino?
How can I know which promotions I’m eligible for and which ones I’m not?
