no cashout button in crash

while i put bet on crash i put it on 7777x and after bet it glitched and not showing cashout button , while i opened many other tabs to cashout . but the same problem occurs also there . my internet was working properly coz i was able to open new tabs while this bet. i also attached the screenshot there is no cashout button. please help
