As you can see in the picture.
- I have 0.000... 1 LTC and try to bet it in order to claim faucet
- Even I try to bet in all games, all games said same, "Insufficient Balance"
- Should I deposit to fix this? Or my balance was decimal maybe?

What did I do because of this but not found any solution :

- Relogin Stake.com
- Clear Cache
- Using another browser

just change it to other currency which has 0 balance then select faucet, and choose back to ltc and claim. it should work

You can claim the faucet with 1 satoshis in your balance. If it does not work, then you will be able to play with the 1 satoshis (so you can either play or claim faucet, whichever option it let's you do). I hope that helps :)

Hello ,

Its mainly because you dont have 1 Litoshi you 0.000000005 Litoshi but the system shows you have 1 Litoshis because it rounds it up. "You might be able to claim faucet still with the amount" I am not sure about that.

But try betting 0.000000005 or with an extra zero then 5. Its just because of Rounding up :) .

There is a small rounding issue with 1 satoshi on the balance, but you should be able to claim faucet and play with those faucet funds without any problem. You are just not able to play with that 1 satoshi you had.
It has been forwarded further, and hopefully it will be sorted out soon.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
