Hello,

I have been actively using my account for nearly two years, and my KYC-2 verification was completed successfully some time ago. However, my account has recently been blocked without any prior warning or explanation. Despite having funds in the account, I am currently unable to perform any transactions.

I contacted live support regarding the issue and was instructed to send an email. I have done so, but I have not received any response yet. This situation is causing significant inconvenience and concern.

I am posting this message on the forum in hopes of drawing the attention of the relevant team and expediting the resolution process. I kindly request a clear explanation as to why my account was blocked and that access to my account be restored as soon as possible.
