Where is my surprise bonus? :(

I got an email earlier this morning saying I could "claim a free bonus!" 

And when I tried claiming the bonus I was greeted with a "Invalid Bonus Code"

Ask support though. I didnt get it but I doubt it can expire this fast. Maybe you copied the wrong URL?

Same thing happened to me. And when I ask support team through mail but I get this rply.

"We would like to inform you that a bonus was mistakenly displayed or assigned to some accounts. Please note that this was not intended, and no bonus should be associated with your account at this time.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we correct this issue. Our team is actively working to ensure all account information is accurate and up to date.

I’m currently a Silver VIP and have wagered over $73,000 with more than 460,000 bets. I’ve been playing consistently and unfortunately have incurred a loss of over ₹2 lakh in total.
