Hit 2,277x on Mines But No Bet Registered – Please Help!

Hi Stake Support & Community,

 

I just experienced something really frustrating. I hit every safe tile in the Mines game and reached a 2,277x multiplier — but as you can see in the screenshot below, the bet amount shows ₹0.00, so I didn’t receive any payout.

 

This feels like a massive glitch or some issue with bet placement. I was playing seriously and would've won big if the bet had gone through.

 

Please review this — I have clear proof attached.

• Time of Incident: 12:54 PM (India) March 11

• Browser/Device: Android, Chrome

• Game: Mines

• Multiplier Hit: 2,277x

• Issue: ₹0.00 bet was somehow placed, despite full tile clear

I kindly request Stake support to look into this. This could be a bug affecting others too.

you weren't betting any money. if that was accidental then just remember to double check as you are play so that it doesn't happen in the future.

Thanks for your input — I get where you're coming from. But the thing is, I was actively playing and thought I had placed a bet. There was no warning, no error message, and everything behaved like a live bet — I only realized it was ₹0 after hitting the full board.

If this was purely user error, fair enough — but when you’re in the moment, focused on each click, it’s easy to miss if the system doesn’t clearly show that no bet was registered.

That’s why I’m raising it — not just for myself, but so others don’t run into the same issue without any alert. A small prompt or auto-disable Mines when the stake is ₹0 could prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Hope Stake support can at least review the session and confirm whether it was a glitch or not.

Hello,

The system never gives an error when you place a bet with a zero amount. The error only occurs when you are out of balance or when your bet amount is less than the minimum amount. The user is responsible for checking the bet amount. No one can do anything in this case. Please be more careful next time.

yeah I get that, ive had the opposite also happen when ive ended up betting 20% of total balance a couple times before noticing , very frustrating but hard for stake to make any safe guards around user errors like that. I am now in the constant habit of double checking as im playing and that avoids it.
