Verification 4 always failed even you pass authentic document?

Anyone who experience this kind of situation? I just prove my source of income i came to my bank to get my statement they need but they decline i get my annual tax return and business statement income with bank stamp,receipt and Certified public accountant stamp and tell me the document downloaded to the internet.  I gave so much effort for this document that they didnt know? They not even contact the bank or the goverment agency where i get for verification. I think something happend to the verification process. I also try gift with prove of statement of donor notarized bank statement also rejected? I need suggestion what will i do. i provided everthing they wanted but they always been rejected?
