Stake Banned Promotion when the time come to pay

recently i placed a bet  on real betis seville - chelsea fc and there was a promo on it and i was qualified for promo and after match the bonus is not recived yet and i got email for promotion ban on my account will i get promo of that match which i placed early when bet placed and match finesh i was eligible for it i had already checked for promo please even pay people there money which they hoped for it usually happens when stake need to pay users it always ban users account for stake promo this a pure scam they give hope on the name of promo and take your money from you  even i checked twice before placing my bet that am i eligible for promo or not there i was eligible for promo and when i won and was meant to get the promo i was banned from promo even i only had a single account on stake
