Stake Banned My Account After Europa Conference League Final -No Promo

Hey everyone,
I wanted to share a frustrating experience and see if anyone else has gone through something similar.

I placed a bet on the final match with Real Betis before the game started. The bet went through fine, and I was eligible for a Stake promotion bonus tied to the event.

Everything seemed normal until about three hours after the match ended – that’s when Stake suddenly banned my account. I still haven’t received the promotion bonus, and support hasn’t given me a clear explanation.

Just to be clear, the bet was placed before any account issues, and I didn’t violate any terms (at least not to my knowledge).

Has anyone else had their account banned right after a promo-eligible bet? Is this a known issue with Stake? I’d appreciate any advice or insight on what steps I should take next.
