banned from sports and casino promotions

I have been informed by stake that I am no longer eligible for sports and casino promotions. I simply cannot think of a reason for this and I have been on stake for longer than a year now. I have also been active in my bets and reached bronze level recently. I request stake to review my case as I plan to put large amounts of money on the french open tournament relying on the promo if not then at least give me a reason for the same. I have contacted them via email first and found out that they closed their email services upon which I have contacted through live chat. few hours have gone by and I did not get any response from live chat. I request stake to review my case or at least contact me as soon as possible explaining what exactly was the suspicious activity that caused this and I address their concern thereafter.
