Dear Stake Support,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent issue I experienced on your platform involving the promotion: "Conference League – First Goal You Win!"

On May 28, 2025, I placed a pre-match single bet on the Europa Conference League Final between Real Betis and Chelsea FC under Sports Bet ID: 389937190. I selected Real Betis to win, and per the promotion's conditions, if Real Betis scored the first goal but lost the match, I was eligible for a bonus payout of up to $100.

I want to highlight that I fully complied with all the terms of the promotion:

The bet was placed before the scheduled match time.

It was a single, pre-match bet on the correct market ("Which Team Will Win The Final").

My stake exceeded the $5 minimum.

It was not cashed out or voided.

Real Betis did score the first goal, but eventually lost the match.

Despite meeting all promotional criteria, not only was I not credited the promised bonus, but I also received an email stating my account is no longer eligible for any Casino or Sportsbook promotions, without any clear reason or explanation.

This is extremely disappointing and feels like an unfair disqualification. I request the following:

My promotional winnings be credited as per the promotion.

A full explanation for the disqualification from future promotions.

Immediate reinstatement of my eligibility for Stake promotions if no valid violation is found.
