How the Stake Supporter "support" user

This is the second time i got this problem. I want to forget after the first one but for the second one i really mad how they try to avoid answering question from user. The first time is problem with my withdraw with local currency i lost 1 million dong ( about 40usdt) i try to get support but they said i wait to 2days then 3days then they said it is too old to request for more information. The second once is with the promotion if they said i don't fullfill the promotion and what i want is prove but they start to avoid by said investigating again and will answer me but i can sure it is 0%. I love how stake has grown and become the best and trustful now but i hope they can make the support team much better maybe for the lower rank without a once by once support
