Regarding lack of transparency in forum

My last query regarding making me ineligible for sports and cassino promotions has been removed by the mod(s).

Give me clarification why it has been removed?

Or do stake don't like resolving the genuine queries or it's norm for stake resorting unfair bans,removal of queries from user to avoid being exposed?

If it's so then why you pretend to be the transparent organisation, trapping millions of users and when someone raised a query,you just turned down it from the forum?
