Okay so the issue is not from your wallet but mine (my wallet) on blockchain feels it’s a panic send out (since it’s the first transfer between our account) it thinks I have intruders on my wallet- a feature I use anti-theft verification, for now it’s pending, until you add the accustomed fee to the P2P wallet, the transaction then will be complete Is this. Tell them your wallet is set so the wallet your sending to must send the same amount to you first before your wallet security unlocks and allows you to send. See how fast he runs for the hills !!
