Bonus drop redemption 1 week restriction

Hi.. I’m just wondering if there’s a limit on how many bonus drop bonus codes we can redeem each week? I thought it’s suppose to be on a first come first serve basis as long as you met the wagering requirements? I got a email and also a message on the  live support on stake.us acct, informing me that I got restricted on claiming bonus drop bonus codes for a week because they said that I’ve collected so many bonus drop codes consecutively. (I think 5 bonus codes consecutively in the amounts of $1,2 and $3). I even asked the rep is that’s even fair for me because, I did play a lot and met the wagering requirements, why I can’t get them when I qualify for it? As if I always meet the wagering requirementss every single week, which I don’t.
