Total rounds in e-sports do not count count in overtime

Today I want to tell you about an event I experienced 2 days ago. In the 2nd match played between betboom and wildcard, I placed a bet on the terrorists' total round being over 12.5, but the game was tied and went to overtime. Since it was 6-6 in the first half, I thought it came to overtime and I was happy, but the view I see is a lost bet. And the iconic part is that in the official sportbook rules section of the bet, it says that overtime is included unless otherwise stated in the e sports general rules section.This game is an e-sports game. There is always a possibility of overtime in CS2. If I wanted to play an option that did not include overtime, I would choose the team called betboom from 1x3 instead of choosing the total round of terrorists.Has anyone ever had a problem like this?
