berat Posted June 9, 2025 #6 Posted June 9, 2025 Honestly, I think dogs are more loyal and fun, but my religion doesn’t allow me to keep them in the house. I also think it wouldn’t be fair to keep them outside. As for cats, I think they’re a bit too independent and lazy. They always do their own thing and I don’t want to have to adjust my life around a cat. That’s basically what girlfriends already do anyway, right? 😂 No need for a second one! If I had to choose, I’d go with dogs, but right now I’m struggling to take care of myself, let alone take on the responsibility of another living being.

Grew up mostly having dogs around, very friendly animals to care for! Cats seem very mysterious and my inexperience with having one as a companion makes me interested to adopt one nowadays.
