Full Terms of Service 

This competition (“Competition”) is published by Stake, which operates the website <stake.com> (“Website”), and is subject to the Stake Terms and Conditions and the Stake Community Terms of Use in addition to the following competition rules (“Rules”). If there is a conflict between the Terms and Conditions, these Rules, the Stake Community Terms of Use, the following apply in order of precedence to the extent of any inconsistency:

1.       Terms and Conditions;

2.       these Rules; and

3.       the Stake Community Terms of Use.

Your participation in the Competition is subject to the following Rules:
 

●        If you win a Competition, you will receive a prize transferred into the “Stake Vault” associated with your Stake account on the Website (“Account”), paid in BTC or other cryptocurrency nominated by Stake from time to time (at its’ absolute discretion) (“Prize”).

●        If you win a Prize, the Community Team may contact you on the social media platform used to submit your entry into the Competition or your Account.

●        The Prize will be sent directly to your Account. It is your sole responsibility to nominate the correct Account in your Competition entry and Stake does not accept any liability for any error or delay in transferring the Prize where you have provided inaccurate or incorrect Account details.

●        Unless otherwise confirmed by Stake in writing, your Prize will be given to you within fourteen (14) days of the Competition ending in accordance with the Competition terms.

●        You acknowledge that winners of the Competition are selected at random from all eligible submissions.

●        You may only submit one (1) entry in the Competition. Where you attempt to submit multiple entries, only your first entry will be considered a valid entry in the Competition and all other attempted entries will be void.

●        To be considered eligible to participate in the Competition, you must satisfy the following criteria at the time of submission of your entry into the Competition:

●        your Stake Account is listed as at least a “Bronze VIP”;

●        your Stake Account satisfies a KYC Level 2 verification. This link can be used to verify your Account;

●        your Stake Account is not subject to any exclusions or restrictions;

●        you are not an employee, representative, agent or subcontractor to Stake. For the avoidance of any doubt, Stake Forum moderators of Stake accounts and platforms are not excluded from participating in the Competition;

●        you are fully compliant with the Stake Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to only having one account on the Website; and

●        you are not located in a jurisdiction defined as a “Prohibited Jurisdiction” by the Stake Terms and Conditions.

●        In order for your entry in the Competition to be considered eligible to be receive a Prize, your entry must satisfy the following criteria:

●        a valid entry can only posted after the publication of the Competition by Stake. For the avoidance of any doubt, any comments or posts made by you prior to the publication of the Competition are not eligible to participate in the Competition; and

●        your entry must comply with all submission requirements nominated by Stake (at its absolute discretion) in the Competition description or otherwise as part of the entry process, including but not limited to populating any applicable Google Form in full and to the satisfaction of Stake.

●        If the Competition involves making an image post on your personal social media account or a comment from your personal social media account (“Personal Post”), you acknowledge and agree as follows:

●        it is at your absolute discretion whether to post that image or publish the comment that comprises the Personal Post;

●        Stake does not take any responsibility for the content that comprises the Personal Post, including but not limited to it being in breach of any third-party intellectual property rights;

●        Stake does not accept any liability whatsoever in respect of the acts or omissions of the social media platform on which you publish the Personal Post, including but not limited to if the Personal Post or your social media account is subsequently flagged or deleted by the social media platform;

●        you are not entitled to any payment or remuneration in respect of the Personal Post;

●        Stake reserves the right to request you remove or delete the Personal Post and you agree to comply immediately upon receipt of any such request from Stake;

●        by publishing the Personal Post, you warrant that you have authorisation from all relevant third-party intellectual property rights holders;

●        you will at all times act in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in relation to your participation in the Competition;

●        you release the social media platform from any claims in relation to your participation in the Competition; and

●        the Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the social media platform on which the Personal Post is published, however the Personal Post is subject to that social media platform’s terms of use or terms of service (as applicable). 

●        Stake reserves the following rights:

●        to amend the Rules at any time. Any amendments will be published on the Competition post and such changes become binding and effective immediately;

●        to cancel the Competition at any time. Cancellation will be published on the Competition post or refer to the Competition post and such changes become binding and effective immediately. If the Competition is cancelled, then Stake is not liable to give any Prize in respect of that Competition; and

●        to verify (at our absolute discretion) that the Account you nominate for the Prize to be received in is your personal Account.

Guess: ShaiGilgeous-Alexander

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been the heart and soul of the Thunder throughout the entire postseason, and now he’s taking over the Finals with surgical precision. His ability to control the pace, score from all three levels, and remain calm in clutch moments separates him from every other player on the court. In Games 1 and 2, he not only led in scoring but also impacted the game defensively, constantly making the right reads and punishing mismatches. While the Pacers have shown resilience especially in Game 3 their success relies heavily on team effort and occasional bench explosions. Meanwhile, OKC lives and breathes through Shai. If the Thunder close out the series in 6 or 7 games, it’s impossible to imagine anyone else taking home Finals MVP. His leadership, consistency, and unmatched scoring versatility make him the most valuable player in this series by far.

because Gilgeous-Alexander led the league in scoring at 32.7 points per game and was the offensive engine of a 68-win Thunder team. He also averaged 6.4 assists and 5 rebounds a game this season.
