Ashraf Malkani has just been arrested. So you are wondering who is this guy ? Well do you remember Kaash coin a scam scheme crypto ? Well he was the creater and the person who promoted the coin. 

He tried to persuade the consumers to buy the coin by saying that many Indian bolloywood actore are a part or an investor in it and just tried to bend them towards the coin.

Then after scamming the people he went undercover and was finally caught in Uttar Pradesh

Wow, I am glad that justice has been served. I just find it strange that he would make his identity known, knowing full well that he was promoting a scam.
